To our loyal customers,

As I am sure you all know by now, the Governor of Pennsylvania has mandated that all non-life essential businesses are to close effective yesterday at 8 PM. The construction industry as a whole, including specialty trades, are included in this closure. This mandate has left us with more questions than answers. Effective immediately our office is closed and all administration is working from home. We can be reached via our business line 412-279-1182, fax 412-279-1184, as well as our cell phones and our email addresses.

At this moment we are applying for a waiver to continue emergency leak services especially at all life-essential places of business. At this moment we have no idea what the response from the state will be. We will be sure to keep you all in the loop as we gather more information.

If we are allowed to continue emergency repairs and leak services we will adhere to the following precautions. Our employees will have no physical contact with onsite personnel or customers/patients. Roofing crews will be limited to no more than 10 employees as per CDC recommendations. Work will be conducted outside, in open air and away from the general public.

Finally, we are monitoring the affects this pandemic will have on our supply chain. We have a fair amount of material on hand to provide assistance in the coming weeks. We have word from Firestone Building Products that they are temporarily shutting down manufacturing. This will affect the Firestone and Genflex lines we install. Currently, we have word that Carlisle Syntec, which includes the Carlisle and Versico lines will remain in production. This is a fluid situation that we are monitoring closely.

During this extremely difficult time, please stay safe and healthy. We are grateful for the many years of loyalty you have given us and we look forward to servicing you all again in the near future.
