An EPDM flat roof installation above the tenants side of L&M Roofing's own shop building. Like we recommend for all of our own clients. We did a Re-roofed system.

After tearing off the old roof we then evaluated the decking. We removed and installed new decking in any areas that it was needed. The system we installed is R-30 Poly-Iso insulation meeting all building codes, then a new 60 mil EPDM Membrane FULLY-ADHERED. We also installed a new commercial metal edge detail with new downspouts.
