Many people ask us if we warrant our roofing systems and the answer is yes and no. we offer something much better than a warranty held by our own company. We offer what is called a Manufacturer’s NDL Roofing System Warranty. There are many reasons this warranty is the best warranty in the industry. First and foremost the manufacturer sets all of the technical specifications for their product and how it is applied to a certain project.

From there, the manufacturer holds us accountable as a qualified applicator and all of the work we do is inspected by a technical representative from the manufacturer. After the job is inspected the technical representative creates a punch list of items that need to be completed. Our typical installation receives a punch list with 0 items on it. A short to non-existent punch list is a sign of a really good roofer. Once the inspection passes and the job is paid in full the manufacturer issues the warranty which includes full labor and material coverage of the roof system for the duration of the roof systems specified life span.

Typically we offer systems with warranties in lengths of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years. The type of system that is installed will determine the warranty length. Finally the NDL stands for no-dollar-limit. Manufacturers that we work with and offer system warranties with include Carlisle Syntec, Firestone, Genflex, Johns Manville, and GACO.
